The content of the programme is versatile and broad, giving you plenty of opportunities no matter what industry you work in or want to work in. You’ll have several legs to stand on, and a unique opportunity to participate in the exchange of experience between all the students who have experience from different industries.

You will gain in-depth knowledge of the management role within personnel, project and quality management. An important part of a manager’s responsibility is to ensure that the company has the right expertise in the right place, have good control of production and secure the entire value chain. Internal communication during change processes, crisis communication and external communication with the media are also well covered in this programme.

This is an evening vocational school programme that can be completed over two years while working.

Organisation of the training

– The programme can be carried out as a location-based, online with sessions or online part-time programme. Select the desired location for the programme to see how it is planned in your area.
– Completion of the programme results in 60 credits and the title “Fagskolegrad”.
