Information

Apprenticeship counselling is a vocational school that gives you the in-depth expertise you need to be a skilled counsellor or professional manager for apprentices. Apprenticeships are an important part of the education system and require skilled workers with good counselling skills. Companies with good supervisors increase the quality of training and ensure that the company can recruit competent employees.

During the programme, you will learn how to implement measures that help increase the apprentice’s motivation and sense of achievement. The programme covers topics such as the role and tasks of the supervisor, supervision in practice, the curriculum, assessment and documentation. This is a free vocational school in the evening, which is completed over one year while you are in work.

The programme can be offered in the following counties:
Rogaland, Vestland and Agder.
