Do you want to increase your competence in Safety Management and Organisational Culture in aviation? With the Aviation Safety Management and Organisational Culture module, you will gain knowledge about what can help increase staff focus on safety and how it can be possible to improve your own organisational culture through team development, interaction and participation.

The vocational school module Safety management and organisational culture in aviation provides you with knowledge of governing safety regulations, the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority, safety culture, organisational and reporting culture (Company Resource Management), efficiency and improvement work, teams and collaboration. After completing the professional school module, you will have the competence to identify risk areas in safety management and work practically towards an organisational culture that reflects a focus on safety.

This is a vocational school module that gives 5 credits. The vocational school module is funded through the Industry Programme for Aviation.

Organisation of the training

– The programme is offered as a vocational school module of 8 weeks with a total of 32 hours of teaching and is conducted as an online part-time programme.
