Information

The vocational school programme “Digital sensory stimulation and virtual welfare technology” focuses on how sensory stimulation and digital technology can help improve the quality of life of children, young people, adults and the elderly in need of habilitation or rehabilitation. Sensory stimulation has been shown to increase communication skills, improve sleep and appetite, reduce anxiety and the need for pain relief, and contribute to better interaction between patient/user, relatives and staff. After completing the programme, you will have the skills to implement digital sensory stimulation and VR technologies in the workplace and develop working methods that make this a natural part of service provision.

Organisation of training

– The programme can be carried out as a location-based, online with sessions or online part-time programme. Select your preferred location for the programme to see how it is planned in your area.

The programme is suitable for child and youth workers or health professionals. Auxiliary nurses, care workers and activators can also apply.

Examination

Each course ends with an exam. The type of exam is stated in the individual programme plan.
