Continuous improvement of quality and patient safety is an important goal in the healthcare sector. With the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement programme, you’ll gain the knowledge and tools you need to ensure safe and good patient treatment in health and care services. You will be able to identify risks, prevent patient injuries and work on improvements at individual and system level. Key topics will include interaction and communication processes, adverse events, learning and improvement work. This is a free vocational school that can be combined with work.
