With an ever-increasing number of challenging situations in kindergartens and schools, the vocational school programme “Safe handling of challenging situations in the early childhood sector” will give you the knowledge and tools you need to handle challenging situations that arise in a satisfactory manner. After completing the programme, you will have knowledge of the importance of early intervention in the early childhood sector, sound techniques that ensure safe handling, interaction and communication with children and parents.

This is a free vocational school that is completed over a year and can be combined with work.

The programme can be offered in the following counties:
Rogaland, Vestland and Agder.

The programme is suitable for children’s and youth workers and environmental workers, or employees with different professional backgrounds in health and childcare, who work in the childcare sector.

Examination
