Welcome to your study support centre!

As a vocational school student at AOF Vestlandet-Agder, you have access to our student ombudsman. We offer advice and support to secure your study rights.

From 1 August 2019, all vocational school students in Norway have a statutory right to access a Student Ombudsman. The Student Ombudsman is an independent and neutral person who assists in solving problems and who can provide a confidential and informal review of various options in matters related to the students’ study situation. The aim is to resolve issues at the lowest possible level.

The student ombudsman must also ensure that cases concerning students are dealt with in accordance with the law. The student ombudsman can also provide training to student union representatives about students’ rights and obligations.

For more information about the student ombudsman, please contact the administration.
