Management is a subject on a par with other subjects. Becoming a good leader requires both knowledge and experience. We need to acquire theoretical knowledge, practise and apply it and reflect on the results we achieve. When we do this together with others, we also receive feedback on our own views and personal behaviour. We learn and develop. This is what the Leadership School is all about.

Many programmes provide a lot of knowledge about leadership. The Leadership School teaches you how to lead. This is a practical programme for those who want to become a better leader. After one year of studying at the Leadership School, you will be left with basic leadership skills and an awareness of your own leadership behaviour.

Aim of the study:

Develop leaders who create great results by

• create security for the individual employee and yourself as a manager
• contribute to an inclusive working life
• Understand the connection between your own actions, team productivity and your organisation’s financial performance

• Basic management understanding
• Management in an HSE perspective
• Management and finance
• Relational leadership behaviour
